Express Workout From My PWR at Home SWEAT Challenge
PWR Express Workout

One thing that I want every woman to know about fitness is that you don’t have to have all the latest workout gear to take care of your body.

All you need is yourself and your reason WHY. You can work out at home — my own fitness journey began in the small space behind the couch in a tiny basement apartment — that’s all you need to start.

The SWEAT Challenge starts on Monday 8 June, and you can join up until Monday June 28. If you’ve been doing my PWR programs for a while, this challenge is for you, and if you are brand new to fitness, then there’s an option for you as well — everyone is welcome to take part!

Before you begin your fitness journey, or even if you are already on it, you need to know WHY you are working out — understand that you are worth taking care of! When you understand this, working out becomes easier and you make taking care of your health a priority.

A 10-Minute Express Workout is worth it!

One of the barriers that stop women from getting started with fitness is a lack of equipment to train with — so for the new SWEAT Challenge I have prepared six weeks of no-equipment PWR at Home workouts that you can do.

There are two levels of difficulty, so you choose from the  “Starting Out” option or push yourself a little harder with the “Challenge Me” option.

If you’ve been following my PWR at Home program or you have equipment to use, you can also choose a minimal equipment PWR at Home program for the SWEAT Challenge.

To make it even easier for you to make your health into a priority and fit in your workouts, each week has an Express Workout that will only take 10-15 minutes to complete.

Here’s one of the new PWR at Home Express workouts for you to try — grab some comfy clothing and turn up your favourite workout playlist to get started.

Before you begin, start with five minutes of cardio or dynamic stretches to warm up — let’s do this!

Once you’ve finished this Express workout, take a moment to acknowledge your effort! When you show up for yourself by making time for a workout, and you keep on doing it, you will start to discover the power of fitness.

It won’t happen overnight, but trust me, if you keep going you WILL start to change your life.

This workout is from the upcoming SWEAT Challenge PWR at Home program, and it’s been specifically designed for those days when you are short on time, so it’s a little quicker to do than my regular PWR at Home program.

My PWR at Home program has been created to save you time — the sessions, including the warmup and cool down, are around 35 minutes. If you have less time, it is easy to skip one of the six minute supersets to make the workout 25 minutes.

Make your health a priority with PWR at Home in the SWEAT Challenge

No matter what your current level of fitness, you can maximise every workout you do. It takes persistence, but I, and the rest of the PWR Community, will be there to support you.

When you are part of this global community of women, you can share your struggles and celebrate your success as you begin to experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of fitness.

Together, we will discover the power of fitness and the power of community as we uplift, motivate and support each other for six weeks of powerful workouts.
