Start 2020 With PWR In The SWEAT Challenge
It was AMAZING to meet so many women from the PWR Community at Dubai Active and all of my live PWR sessions this year. I am SO grateful for all of you! For those who couldn’t make it, there is something very exciting coming in January that we can ALL actively do together from wherever you are in the world.
You may have seen from my stories on Instagram that I was in Adelaide recently to work with the SWEAT team on an exciting new project — and now I can tell you all about it!
This January I have a BRAND NEW challenge to help YOU to start 2020 strong.
This is YOUR opportunity to train with women from all over the world as we put in place the fitness habits that will carry us into the new decade more powerful than ever.
I know it’s the holiday season and your New Year’s resolutions might not be front of your mind. I personally LOVE the holidays and it’s the perfect chance to connect with family and friends and reflect on the past year, and while I completely understand that your New Year’s resolution might not be the first thing on your mind, I do encourage you to take a moment and join the SWEAT Challenge.
This only takes a moment and mentally committing to caring for your health is a great way to manifest your healthiest and most powerful year yet. The challenge begins on January 13, 2020, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the holidays first!
Here are some answers to the questions you might have about the SWEAT Challenge.
Start 2020 strong with my exclusive PWR programs!
I would love to have you join me in the SWEAT Challenge to start 2020 strong with the worldwide SWEAT Community! You can choose to do PWR in the gym, or PWR at Home if that suits you better.
If you’ve never trained with weights before and you’d like to try my PWR programs now is the perfect time to start training — alongside myself and women all over the world.
For those who are already following PWR or PWR at Home, you won’t want to miss this chance to try the exclusive workouts. They’re only available for a limited time, and you’ll be taking part in the biggest SWEAT Challenge yet, starting the new year in your power.
How do I join the Challenge?
You can sign up to participate now by choosing “Join the Challenge” on the banner in the SWEAT app, once you are subscribed.
Once you’ve signed up, you’re in! The Challenge begins on January 13, 2020, and you won’t be able to see the Challenge workouts until then.
You can try some of my regular PWR and PWR at Home workouts to get accustomed to my training style.
How are the SWEAT Challenge workouts different from the regular PWR programs?
For the first time ever, I’ve created six special weeks of PWR and PWR at Home workouts that you can ONLY access in the SWEAT app during the SWEAT Challenge!
There are two options each for PWR and PWR at Home, based on how much experience you have.
"Starting Out" is for those new to exercise or weight training! Each week of the Challenge your workouts will include:
- Full Body
- Legs
- Back & Shoulders (Optional)
PLUS a special Challenge focus workout, which is a Full Body Blast!
There are also three recommended cardio sessions and two recovery sessions.
"Challenge Me" is for those who are familiar with my training style or weight training in general and if you are on Week 6 or later in either PWR or PWR at Home, I encourage you to take on this Challenge!
Each week your challenge workouts will include:
- Glutes & Hamstrings
- Legs
- Back & Shoulders
- Arms & Abs (Optional)
PLUS the Challenge focus workout Full Body Blast.
There are also two cardio and two recovery sessions each week.
If you want to change the level of difficulty you’ve selected after the Challenge begins, you can — so don’t worry about picking the wrong one at the start!
If you haven’t tried my weight training programs, I recommend that you choose "Starting Out", and then if you find that it’s too easy you can switch over to '"Challenge Me".
What is the ‘Full Body Blast’ focus workout?
Full Body Blast is an optional focus workout that I have included in each week of the Challenge. It’s an opportunity to do something a little different and to really push yourself!
The Full Body Blast combines high-intensity training with weights for an effective full body burn — over the six weeks of the Challenge, you can use these workouts to improve your full body fitness and strength!
What equipment do I need for the PWR Challenges?
I’ve put together a list of equipment used in my PWR programs for the SWEAT Challenge.

I’ll be regularly posting on my social media to motivate and inspire as I do the SWEAT Challenge with you! Yes, I’ll be training right alongside you through the entire six weeks. If you don’t already, follow me on social media to get tips and inspiration from the PWR Community throughout the Challenge!
I also recommend that you join the SWEAT Community to access the tools that the SWEAT team provide to help you to have a successful Challenge, and to meet the other women worldwide who are also doing the Challenge!
What do I do when the Challenge ends?
The SWEAT Challenge runs from Monday, January 13 to Sunday, February 23 2020 — and you can join any time up until February 3, 2020.
When the Challenge ends on Sunday, February 23, 2020 you can choose to resume the PWR program at the week you were on when the challenge began, or restart PWR or PWR at Home on Week 1. It won’t be too easy — you’ll just be stronger!
For those doing my PWR program, I have a full year of workouts now available in the SWEAT app for you to use! If you prefer to train at home, you can use PWR at Home to continue your journey.
