Find Your PWR At Home With The SWEAT Challenge
In the face of so much isolation and disconnection in the last 12 months, the Sweat Challenge is an opportunity to start the new year training with women around the world in my brand-new PWR at Home Challenge, starting on January 11, 2021.
This is a chance to come together and connect to the incredible PWR Community — women who are dedicated to caring for their physical and mental wellbeing. We can all use the boost of morale that community offers, so join me and tens of thousands of women as we empower each other.
Uncover your PWR at Home with brand new workouts
This at-home workout challenge is for everyone. If you don't have any equipment at home, I have prepared workouts in my PWR training style that you can do with no equipment — you'll use your bodyweight for resistance.
For those who have equipment and want to train in my signature style, at home, the equipment option uses dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands and a bench to increase your strength.
PWR Community, I’ll be supporting you all the way through with motivation and support — follow me on social media to stay connected and inspired!
How do I join the PWR at Home Challenge?
If you’re already training with me in the Sweat app, you can join the Sweat Challenge using the “Join the Challenge” button on the pink banner that appears in your app (you’ll need to update the app to the latest version to see the banner).
If you’re new to my PWR Community, welcome! I can’t wait to help you to discover the power of fitness.
To join the Challenge, you will need to download the Sweat app and subscribe. Select me as your trainer for the PWR at Home six-week challenge, then choose your training style: no equipment or home gym equipment.
There are two levels of difficulty that you can choose from for each training style. If you are just starting with PWR training or you just want to focus on training consistently, choose “Starting Out”. If you've completed at least twelve weeks of one of my PWR programs and you want to focus on increasing your strength and fitness, choose “Challenge Me”.
Then you’re in! You can explore the app and try out some of my other workouts before the Challenge starts on Monday, January 11, 2021.
Who is the PWR at Home Challenge for?
This at-home workout challenge is for all of you in my PWR Community, especially if you’ve been uncertain about starting your own fitness journey.
If you’re already training with weights or following my PWR programs, this six-week challenge is a chance to try out exclusive PWR at Home workouts that you can’t access outside of the Challenge.
There’s something that you can do every day, whether that’s a full 45-minute workout, an express workout or recovery session. This doesn’t mean that you HAVE to workout every day, but it’s there for you if you want to.
I know it’s hard to train alone, at home, when you are facing tough times. But I want to assure you that I will be supporting you every step of the way.
Why did I create the PWR at Home Challenge?
The PWR at Home Challenge is to bring the global PWR Community together with six weeks of at-home workouts that we can do together, wherever you are.
My PWR training style is designed to help you to improve muscular strength and endurance — no matter where you are starting from! You can choose the no-equipment stream if you are at the beginning of your fitness journey.
There are three or four resistance workouts each week, divided into target body areas. Each session includes a warm up, activations, supersets, circuits and burnouts to strengthen your whole body.
If you are struggling for time, you can always do one of the optional express workouts! These quick workouts are just 15 minutes long, and target your glutes or core.
Discover your inner strength with the PWR at Home Challenge
This PWR at Home Challenge is a movement to bring all of us together as we empower each other to start the new year in the most positive way — and I want you to be a part of it!
If you have doubts about being able to do every single workout, I want you to commit to just one workout each week — even just 15 minutes!
Remember, it’s not where you train, it’s WHY.
And you are worth it — let's train together in the Sweat Challenge!
